
We are looking for a newly created position with immediate effect or by arrangement:
Project Manager Building Technology / Heating / Industrial Valves
In the first few months you will be prepared for your tasks and familiarise yourself with the company, the work processes and the products you will be responsible for in the future. After your induction, you will independently prepare suitable quotations on the basis of submissions and functional tenders, including the necessary clarifications. You will liaise closely with engineers, plant engineers, calculators on the customer side and suppliers. Colleagues from the Technology department will be there to help you with more complex technical questions. You will also benefit from short decision-making processes, mutual support and a working atmosphere characterised by appreciation.
Your main tasks:
- Reviewing tender documents and analysing requirements
- Preparing offers on the basis of submissions and functional tenders
- Specialist advice in the field of fittings for pipeline and plant construction and for HVAC
- Actively maintaining and expanding contacts with engineering offices, planners, fitters, plant engineers and suppliers
- Supporting the sales team in tender discussions and negotiations
- Systematic follow-up of offers to optimise the closing rate
Your profile:
- Technical vocational training in pipework and plant construction or in the heating industry
- Further training as a technician HF, in planning, project management or sales
- Broad-based knowledge of industrial fittings, HVAC products, standards and guidelines
- Ideally, you are familiar with the tendering process in your area of expertise
- Very good written and spoken German and French skills
- Enjoy customer contact and administrative tasks in sales
- Independent and solution-orientated way of working
- Communicative personality with a winning demeanour
